Power day includes 2 technical rounds, 1 hiring manager round, and 1 product manager round. Hiring manager round focuses on diving into resume experiences and technical rounds offered medium level questions, but expected a very comprehensive analysis and corner case finding based on brief explanation of the problem

Question 1
What is the last time I had difficulty making a decision. Why the decision was difficult and what did I do to make the decision.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Remitly (Cork) in Apr 2023
Interview
There was a 1 hour interview with the Engineering Manager where we discussed Remitly, the role and my work history, followed by a timed 2 hour coderpad.io technical test which I could do in my own time. After completing the test I did not hear back from Remitly or the recruiters again - there was no followup correspondence.

Starts with a phone screen. Then an on-site interview with 5 back to back 45 minute sessions with 1-2 people each. Some sessions were focused on soft skills and culture fit, some were focused on engineering challenges.
