Sent an inMail through LinkedIN to the recruiter. She responded quickly and scheduled me for a 30 minute phone screen. After that I was scheduled for 45 mins with the hiring manager. We spoke mainly about my experience. Within a day, they emailed me back and scheduled 6.5 hrs of interviews over 2 days (it ran over 2 days because they wanted me back because one of the interviewed wanted to interview me more on a business case and they also wanted me to meet with the other co-founder) After 6.5 hrs, i found out the next day that I will not be offered the job. They said they have a policy of not giving any feedback. I was hoping to get some specific feedback especially after spending nearly 8 hours interviewing with them, but they encouraged me to apply again for another interesting role in the future.
