Interview
The phone screening with an HR representative lasted 20-30 minutes. After, she explained my application will be forwarded to the manager of the assigned role and they will decide to move forward.

How do you handle frustrated patients?
Have you ever worked in a call center?
How can you stay motivated while doing a repetitive task nonstop?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rely Health
Interview
I applied online. I did an initial call with one of the board members (?) that was about my experiences, and she scheduled me for the next call. The second call was a video call with the local team lead in the area, and covered generally the same questions. The third call was with the Kaiser team (they partner with Kaiser Permanante) with 2 folks and the team lead where they had less structured questions. Afterwards, I was told I would hear from them about the next steps. I never heard from them, which was the least they could do after going doing three interviews with them, no basic respect for interviewees.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this position? Do you have any emergency room experience?
Recruiter screen, take home assignment, then panel interview. It wasn't too difficult. During the panel interview, you will meet your supervisors and they will essentially perform a vibe check on you.
