This process through Recruiting and HR was hands down the most drawn out, unnecessarily difficult and "canned" interview process I've ever been through. It was very much checking boxes and moving on instead of actually trying to get to know me or my experience.

Questions were methodical & redundant for my last 3 jobs. What did you do there, who was your boss and what would they say about you & explain how you handled a difficult situation.

Interview
It was the best interview I ever had. Very detailed. Long process of 4 interviews but very thorough and enjoyable. I felt like I knew exactly what the job would be like and also got to meet the team.
