Initial vetting with HR, then hiring VP before onsite interview with a good mix of the Rally team including reporting managers, reporting staff and other principals and peers. Good interaction with the team asking questions and looking for me to ask questions of them. Also a follow-up call with someone that was out sick the day of the onsite interview and finally a very enjoyable lunch discussion with the hiring VP.
