The co-founders cultivated a culture of focusing on value and sustainable growth. People took pride in their jobs but also genuinely cared about one another and their personal lives. Probably won't experience again!

Cons

Not a ton of room for cross function promotion.

Agile company with progressive processes.

Cons

Agile chaos. Said they wanted to align practices to scale, but resisted it all along the way. Irony in what they taught to clients, they didn't practice within.
