      Technical Success Manager Interview

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quantive (Morrisville, NC) in Apr 2022

      Interview

Very thorough & enjoyable interview process! I applied online & received instructions to complete a 50 or so question aptitude test & a personality quiz. The aptitude test consisted of basic comprehension, pattern recognition, & math questions. After completing these items, Gtmhub then reached out to conduct a formal interview over video call. The interviewers were incredibly polite & asked discussion provoking questions. Following this interview, I was given an assignment to complete utilizing Gtmhub's platform. I very much enjoyed this as it gave me an opportunity to get a sense of the workload process while also learning a lot about the product itself. Upon completion I had two more video calls; One call to present my assignment & one interview with the VP of Technical Success. The whole process took about 3 weeks time.

      Easy interview

      Application

      Interview

Everything went well, they said they were going to send me an offer. And then out of the blue they ghosted me. I tried reaching out and never got a reply. Instinctually, I believe I dodged a bullet with this one.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

they ask about sql joins, css classes and ID's, and an easy assessment but decently time consuming because they have vague requirements for it. They want to see how creative you are. Maybe rip some ideas from you.

      Technical Success Manager Interview

      26 Jun 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quantive (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022

      Interview

Interview process was painless and everyone made me feel comfortable along the way. The process was laid out into three stages and took about a month in total. 1) Initial interview with the team lead. Seemed like they just generally wanted to get to know me to see how well I would fit with the team. Went over my personal projects and experience but nothing too in depth technical wise. 2) I was then sent a small project to complete to show off my technical knowhow. It was only as difficult as you wanted to make it but really gives you the chance to shine and show your preparedness as well as gives you a better idea of the kind of work you would be doing. This role is pretty unique and didn't know what to expect coming in - the project eased whatever worries I may have had. Once completed I met with several members of the team where I presented what I came up with followed by another short meet and greet with the other team members where they gauged your competence on a little deeper level. 3) The final meeting was with the department head. They just asked a few personal questions for department fit and an offer was sent my way about a week later. All in all the process was enjoyable. I was offered a position at another company the same week and chose Gtmhub for the fact that they make you feel like your valued rather than just being another number. I have yet to come across someone who wasn't willing to help so choosing the role here seemed like a no brainer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Basic behavioral you would hear anywhere else. The take home project was the only curveball but feel it was necessary for gauging my understanding.
