I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quantive in Nov 2024
Interview
I've had the initial chat with the in-house recruiter, learned more about the role, and talked about my experience a bit much. It seemed like a great fit, she wanted to put me forward for the next stage which was a cognitive and behavioral test.
After a week of completing the test, I sent a follow-up email to check on whether there was any news on my application. I got a reply back, that the hiring manager was 'busy' but they will get back to me at some point. Two weeks later, got the rejection - no feedback whatsoever - other than they went with someone else.
I'm not upset they went with someone else, but it was a clear lack of communication and feedback. I invested well over 2hrs into this, it would've been nice to know what didn't work out.

Question 1
What's my ideal working day like? Why quantive? 5 year career plan.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Quantive (Coventry, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
A joke. A bad one. Had been approached by a recruiter for a contract role at Quantive which surprised me because OKRs weren’t my ‘bread & butter’. I called her to clarify, but she said that the hiring manager had said I was a ”great fit”. Interview day & time comes around. I was prepared, which wasn’t easy as my father-in-law had passed away the day before, so my wife was obviously distressed, but we decided I needed to attend the interview, having recently been made redundant. 3:30pm rolls around and I’m on the Teams call in good time. Gets to 3:40pm, no sign, message recruiter. Four minutes later, hiring manager appears. “Sorry I’m late, I sent you an email a few minutes ago {I never received one} and my boss told me not to bother with this interview but to spend my time on other work, as we’ve got enough 2nd stage candidates”. This then progressed. “Where are you based & when can you be available?”. I told him. “What’s your experience of Executive OKR Management?”. I explained that I’d worked with the Senior Leadership team and the development teams. This wasn’t want they wanted, they wanted experienced with hundreds of people involved. The interview ended. So, here’s my annoyance - A) Why was I selected in the first place? When I asked the recruiter, she didn’t have a job spec. B) Why didn’t the hiring manager read my CV? I make no false claims about my OKR experience, I think there is one sentence about my dealings with them. C) Why not have the common decency to cancel the interview, rather than simply not bothering and then to tell me that I wasn’t worth the time?! Honestly, I feel like working at this place would be awful. Going from this experience, they feel like a dreadful company to work for.

Question 1
Where are you based and when can you start? Describe your experience with Executive OKR Management
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quantive
Interview
The overall interview process was well structured and very informative. Quantive is very transparent regards to what they are looking for and what is important to be successful in the role. I was impressed with the talent team and how they assist the candidate every step of the way so there are no surprises. I had the chance to meet 3 sales leaders and 1 account executive throughout the interview process which was very helpful to get a better understanding of how the company is structured. Throughout the process it's useful to understand Quantive's product offering and how it would benefit prospective companies. Overall, well thought out process which allows for both the candidate as well as the company to determine whether they are a good fit for one another. Nothing that anyone should worry about. Everyone was super pleasant to work with along the way.
