I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pushpay (Redmond, WA) in Dec 2018
Interview
After sending in an application, the next day I was sent an email that allowed me to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was sent an Omnia personality test through email. The day after submitting the Omnia personality test, I was called and told that the company would be pursuing other applicants.

Question 1
Given your educational background, why are you interested in sales?
The whole process consisted of a 15 minute phone screening with a recruiter, a 30 minute phone interview with a hiring manager, and an hour and a half Google Hangouts interview with 4 people. The Hangouts interview was in 2 parts, 20 minutes with 2 SDRs in which they determined if I was a good fit and then about 45 minutes with 2 other people higher up in which there were 2 role play scenarios.

Question 1
Recall a time you have been asked to do something you disagreed with.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pushpay in Mar 2020
Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter, Norah, who was great, went over job qualifications, pay, etc. Next was phone screen with a manager who asked basic interview questions then the last 15 minutes went off script, describing his employees weakness, mistakes, and even making assumptions about myself. Seemed very unprofessional. Next step was video interview (video because of Covid), it included sales role play phone call as well as other interview questions. Pretty standard; was told I would be contacted in 48 hours with a hiring decision. It has been over a month and still no hiring decision nor any communication. Overall the process was unprofessional and disappointing. Feels like I wasted a lot of my time to not even get a yes or no.
