Interview
The interview process was pretty simple and straight forward. The interview process was split into two sections. They made me feel very relaxed and gave me time to think about the questions being asked.

They asked me a few questions about my background and what my previous roles were. They asked me a question about my experience in dealing with difficult calls. They also asked me "What is something you feel you need to work on?" And How do think my skill will help me contribute to the companies goals.
