Pros

Great mentors, kick start your career with a S&P500 firm, great competitive compensation package, access to multiple company products,

Cons

It is a large firm and therefore it’s harder to get things approved for marketing purposes if you want to grow your business. This isn’t the firm to work with if you want to become your own boss one

Diversity Programs & Initiatives

On an enterprise level and within individual teams and businesses, Prudential has a variety of inclusion and diversity-based employee programs. Our biggest and farthest-reaching is our Business Resource Groups (BRGs).

These employee-led, diversity-focused groups started in 1993; today, nearly 6,000 employees—or 28% of our U.S. workforce—are members of Prudential’s eight BRGs.

Current Business Resource Groups:

o Able and Differently Abled Partnering Together (ADAPT)

o Asian-Pacific Islander Americans

o Black Leadership Forum

o Generations

o Juntos

o PRIDE

o VETNET

o Women Empowered

    Interview

There was an online assessment and then face to face virtual interview. Overall they test fundamentals and advanced level knowledge of Java depending on the particular position you are applying for. I wouldn’t say it is too difficult if you have a solid grounding in a programming language.
    Interview

There was a question on string manipulation as well as objects and classes.
