I met a recruiter at a career fair at my university, and then they emailed me to come in for an initial screening. Basic questions were asked, very casual. Just wanted to know why you were interested in the position. Then, they had you take about an hour and a half test on on basic problem solving. It wasn't very tuff at all. Then next day, you met with a manager and he gave you a standard interview and went over what the job is about, then sent me home with homework to make a list of possible clients.
