I applied online. I interviewed at Prudential in Dec 2020
Interview
Phone interview with Recruiter, then video interviews with hiring manager and business partner. All were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Recruiter responded to requests for feedback and follow-up quickly, which is refreshing in this climate of ghosting.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
7 rounds of interviews: 1 with recruiter, 1 with the hiring manager, 4 with hiring manager's peers & with HM's manager.
I interviewed for a technical role, however, most questions were behavior-based.
"tell me how...?"
It seems to be the trend these days as most companies have adopted this style of interview questions.

Question 1
HR is mandating that interviewer is asking behavior-type questions.
Most of them resemble Amazon style.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Oct 2021
Interview
LENGTHY! A couple panel interviews followed by a few one on one interviews with others on the team before a final interview with the hiring manager. Entire process took about two and a half months. This was followed by an exaggerated onboarding process.
2 rounds of interview with VP and a senior VP. HR vetted the candidates and follow up on short list. The time it took from interviews to starting at Prudential can be improved.
