Smooth. The usual process includes online assessments and roughly a 6-8 weeks of waiting for the response. The interview was relatively straight forward, not very technical and was mainly focusing on personality and different scenarios in work.

A questionnaire was provided through an online testing system that was similar to an IQ test. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. My application was immediately rejected after submitting with no feedback.
