Application requires online exam prior to interview selection (also known as the P&GMAT) - logic and leadership questions to assess fit and leadership style. First round was an interview screen with HR. Panel interview with 3 separate Brand Managers and Directors.

Mostly - tell me about a time's. Behavioral questions
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
