I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Melbourne)
Interview
interviewed via video call - been asked a few very general questions to describe yourself or an example to showcase certain abilities. Feels like those questions were just selected from a database. The overall interview was very short.

Question 1
cannot remember the exact question, but it's somthing similar to "share a story that you have solved a challenging case".
I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London, England)
Interview
Good, thorough process which identifies somebody’s potential through situational based questions and practical questions. The process is long with various different stages, the same questions often appear in each stage as the interviewer is different but uses the same spec sheet. This ensures a fair mark on the interviews.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you have used data to overcome a challenge.
Was invited to complete the online assessment. Long and tedious tests, on maths, patterns, memory, personality, ethics etc. Took about an hour to complete and was then sent an automated email advising I was unsuccessful. You don't receive any specific feedback or test results. Majority of the assessment seemed completely irrelevant to the role. If I could go back, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Very lazy recruiting process.
