One of the slowest processes I ever seen in my entire career.
Overall no respect for the time of the candidate
1) Constant delays at each step - Weeks to know something back from HR
2) HR did not know any details about the job
Offer was way below market for Director - Ghosted at negotiation

Situational questions: What would you do if ...? How did you handled conflict with you manager?
A test based on ethics was required to be passed before moving on to the next three rounds of interviews with varying levels of management. Bear in mind that this was more than 10 years ago.
After initial phone screening, there are assessments computer based tests , analytical and Math rounds and multi tasking tests , had HR interview, Hiring Manager Interview and Panel interviews , difficult multiple rounds
