1 logic and reasoning test, 3 online interviews and a 2-day assessment centre. The online interviews were friendly and relaxed and you had to answer in the STAR framework. Focused on the tangible results.

4 tier process. Application then an online skills test, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews are behavioural and are to test for fit of the candidate for the company. Interviews are conducted online.

Interview
First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
