Question 1
A presentation was required during the intership interviewing process. I was asked about a Supreme Court case that had constitutional ramifications and I had not had Con law yet.

Interview
First, there was a remote interview followed by a half-day, on-site interview with multiple members of the department. The interviewers asked a mix of experiential and behavioral questions. They also provided a great deal of information about their own roles within the company.
