I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in May 2009
Interview
After 6 months, a Brand Manager called me for an onsite interview. After killing the interview I was not made an offer. The culture of the company is "promote from within" and many it seems like that's a much easier way in than coming in than as an external candidate.
3 interviews, relaxing and interesting. Always ask about the people behind it. Super cool, learn a lot from it. Try to know your answers before the interview and use them as weapons to answer questions
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Tell me about a time....and proceeded to ask you specific questions about leadership, analytic experience, etc. You are expected to take your answer and put it in STAR format - situation, task, action, result to make it easier for them to understand your thinking process
