Interview
The first part was to send a resume. The next round is to take a logical online test and some personality questions. After you had a 1-hour phone interview it was all behavioral questions, Finally, there was an in-person interview with basically the same questions from the phone interview. Something they look a lot into when reviewing candidates is whether candidates fit their mission statement/ values and their PEAK standards (look up on the website).

All behavioral questions: tell us about a time you used data to solve a problem, tell us about a time you worked on a team, tell us when you had a conflict with a coworker
Relatively smooth interview process, 1 round virtual and 1 round face to face with senior HR leaders. Mainly situational questions, and they emphasize using their PEAK framework. Useful to prepare examples in advance.

2 interviews one on zoom one in front of panel of 2 . And the initial assessment. Lots of what if ' scenerios and want to make sure how u will impact company
Son dos o tres entrevistas intensas y el proceso se puede llegar a alargar 3 meses. En mi caso, llegué al final del proceso y tardaron 3 semanas en decirme que no.
