Interview
Basically you start with an online character assessment test to see if you are fit to be a leader.
After you pass, you'll get invited for an English and IQ test.
If you pass the test, you will be invited for a personal interview where you will be interviewed by module managers (they report directly to the plant manager) for a series of interviews.

Interview
1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
