Assessment test online.
Another test in p&g office. Invited over for an interview. The interview consisted of situational type questions. I was interviewed by not an HR personnel, whcih I found odd since she told me that she never did this before and the HR personnel was busy to conduct the interview.
They HR personnel called me a week later saying that I didn't pass the interview.

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
