      Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2008

      Interview

The interview process is, like most things at P&G, a well-defined process. First, you must apply online at pg.com. Secondly, you will receive a link to an online assessment which you MUST pass in order to proceed in the interview process. The questions are behavioral-based, and there's really no way to cheat it or beat it, so just be honest. After the online assessment, you sort of enter the black hole. If you know someone at P&G, it's really good to make that contact so your file can get to the attention of an HR recruiter. Pending your score on the online assessment, you will have a telephone interview with HR, which will be all behavior-based (tell me about a time you led a team, etc.). Answering in the Context-Action-Result format is imperative - you won't move forward if you don't respond in this fashion. It's perfectly acceptable (and encouraged) to use examples from work, school, and community functions. Pending that interview, you will then be invited to an onsite interview where you will typically meet with three or four marketers from various levels. Interviews are typically two on one and, like the HR interview, will be behavioral. Additionally, you MUST use the Context-Action-Result format. Have quantifiable results, and display a passion for winning. You should receive feedback within a few days - if you make it to the final rounds, you're almost there!

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had to lead a team that was charged with undertaking an unpopular task. How did you manage the team and what was the end result? (And tell me another, and another)
      1 Answer

      Question 2

Tell me about a time you had to work with someone with a background different than your own. How did that work out? (Hint: Diversity is not limited to race - think gender in male/female dominated roles, diversity of educational background, diversity of thought, etc.)

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Paris) in Feb 2026

      Interview

P&G est très organisé et structuré dans son processus. Sur trois interviews, il y en a un toutes les semaines, donc le processus se déroule sur un peu moins d'un mois.

      Question 1

Parlez moi d'un moment où vous avez du gérer un projet de A à Z.

      Application

I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Istanbul)

      Interview

The first interview was with HR and was more focused on my leadership, problem solving and communication skills. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She asked me follow up questions on the experiences I shared and gave clear instructions on the way I should have structured my answers

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toulouse) in Feb 2025

      Interview

P&G is a 3 interview process. The first and second interviews are 50% personal experiences, 50% situation questions. I believe the third interview is the same. You will be interviewing not with HR, but rather people in top positions in the department you are entering.

      Question 1

Imagine that one of the brands is experiencing a drop in sales, what are some of the principle reasons that this could be happening?
