I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Paris) in Jul 2017
Interview
I first applied online and completed a personality and a reasoning test.
Then I was invited to take a similar resoning test on-site and to interview with 3 different managers - 3x 60 to 80 minutes. The test and the interviews were spread over one day.
Extremely disciplined hiring process, although they will deviate from the script to inquire into your perceived weaknesses. However, they kept being friendly and never pressured me too much. Friendly, interesting people. Interviews are very structured but conversational.
Extremely detailed, sincere and convincing feedback from the team's manager, probably the best I ever received.
One of my best recruiting experience, even if it didn't work out for me. Rigorous and transparent assessment, impressive feedback and pleasant, interesting people to deal with. No major surprise if you look at other glassdoor reviews, prepare a few stories showcasing your leadership/teamwork/interpersonal skills and the impact you had, and if you know your strengths and weaknesses well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview questions revolved mostly around P&G's Purpose, Values and Principles. Many question about teamwork, leadership in difficult situations, etc:
- How do you manage data overload/a lack of data?
- How do you convince someone?
- Describe a project you achieve as a team leader
- Tell me about a time you changed a process
- How do you handle bad team workers?
- Several questions about or related to P&G brands ("describe an ad that you found impressive", "tell me about a P&G brand you like").
- How would you react in [some hypothetical situation]?
- How stressed are you right now, on a scale from zero to ten?
They continuously evaluated my communication and how well I structured my answers.
I was also given a case study - relatively simple, really no need for an elaborate framework or anything, but you need to be analytically rigorous and to communicate clearly.

Interview
Behavioral interview, didn't ask "tell me about yourself," very focused on 5 PEAK performance tiers, especially leadership and about being independent, there was only one interview total with one person
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were given a project with little guidance.
Initial online application with CV submission. Then online assessment with logical and verbal reasoning. 3 rounds of virtual fit based interviews with motivational questions and hypothetical scenarios based questions. Questions included Why P&G, why CMK, use of quantitative and qualitative data. Very friendly and cheerful interviewers.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Oct 2022
Interview
I went through an online interview, then a second interview in person at P&G headquarters. They covered the hotels, travel expenses, meals, etc. The first day, they had a presentation what CMK means within P&G, and what they’re hoping to look for in an intern. Second day is the interview day, where I was set to interview with 2 employers.
