Interview
I applied on campus and the recruitment process consisted of four 1-on-1 interviews with senior managers from different functions (CMK, Sales or CBD, Marketing and Finance). No technical questions (i.e. marketing related) were asked, the entire interview consisted of behavioural questions. P&G looks to evaluate demonstrated competence across business situations. Sample questions:
1) Describe a situation when you had to lead a diverse team and how you did it.
2) Describe a situation when you disagreed with your boss/manager and what you did.
3) Give me an instance where you displayed leadership
4) Describe a situation where you disagreed with a team/your boss and you were able to convince them to your point of view.
Many examples of such questions can be found online.
Each interviewer tends to ask similar questions and constantly writes down their observations on a sheet of paper. I think this sheet is handed down to subsequent interviewers. Sometimes, the interviewers may not even look at you and seem neutral to your answers; the key is to be consistent in your answers and try to link them to your resume.

1) Online Resume Review after attending a career fair (Applied online), 2) After passing the online resume review, I took the Online Behavioral and Technical Assessment, 3) After passing the Online assessment, one of the managers called me for a Phone Interview (2.5 weeks after), 4) After passing the phone interview, I was then contacted to have an In-person Interview at P&G office in Cincinnati, Ohio a week later

Applied through university, took some tests, got interview. I had two interviewers, a executive and a newcomer (less than ten years experience). They were both extremely intelligent and informative. The interviewers refrained from showing any sort of reaction based on my answers to behavioral questions

Behavior questions and conversational. The basically talks about who are they and ask you some basic information. The interview questions are pretty straight forward, prepare the basic 8 question of P&G will be very helpful.
