Submitted my application and reasoning test-- got a first round interview about 4 weeks later. First round is a phone interview with one HR manager. Second round is at headquarters where I took an in person reasoning test and had second interview with two HR directors. Received offer two days later.

Really proactive and forthcoming. Good interview guides available online to prepare. Aligned with the culture. They are usually behavioral questions which are good predictors of success in the job. I think the recruitment process was fair and timely. Good conversations with the folk in the team and good experience overall

Went through the online assessment and it was challenging, especially if you don't know what to expect. They look at your skills and capabilities - like a college entrance test.
