I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Oct 2020
Interview
Apply online, take assessment, if you pass and they like your resume they’ll schedule a quick 30 min talk with a recruiter. if the recruiter likes you you’ll move onto a one hour interview. After that you do a day visit (mine was virtual) where you see presentations, learn about benefits, do another one hour panel interview (two interviewers plus you), and then either a proctored assessment similar to the online one or a group case study if virtual. Interviews are very similar, 5 behavioral questions (tell me about a time when) and two situational (what would you do if this happened). Definitely a difficult and competitive process. If you get to the day visit they are assessing you very carefully and making fine distinctions between every candidate so bring your A game.
