Interviewed with three individuals. It was a two hour process. Thank you notes were sent to each interviewer. After waiting a week past the proposed decision time frame, I emailed, twice, with no response. I finally got a phone message. I was truly disappointed in the non-response. I had assumed a level of professionalism for Prime. Even a template letter of acknowledgment is better than no response. Candidates deserve to hear back—even if the news is negative. Not providing feedback to job candidates is a reflection on their entire management process. This should never happen at a sophisticated, progressive employer.
