Whats your biggest weakness and how why do you want to work here?
It was great! Thorough, quick, and transparent. Each interview person had their own unique questions, discussed different aspects of the job and there was limited repetition across each level of interview which was refreshing.

Nice people but definitely trying to get you through process quickly with little time to think. Recruiters don’t about you, just getting paid their compensation for you accepting. Pay structure doesn’t match they say you’ll make

Easy, genuine, the guy on the phone was very nice, well spoken, and we connected on various things. I didn't feel like an interview it was so causal. We talked about sports, and life, and the struggles of being a man in this world.
