I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Irving, TX) in Jul 2019
Interview
I was thoroughly impressed with the interviewer as well as the employees within the office. Having high fives and a "you'll do great!" before an interview is extremely encouraging and helps relieve some of the stress. That being said, interviews are stressful and nerve wracking! The interviewer asked me questions that seemed more conversational, rather than interigational. I was able to relax and breathe and answer the questions.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview and follow up felt extremely unprofessional. Texts from the recruiter were also quite unprofessional and odd, then extremely rude after I withdrew from the interview process. Questions were easy, and they seem to go through the process quite quickly. It's also a vague and misleading position description, and even vague on the interviews with no opportunities to ask questions. Would not tell me base pay with no opportunity to ask either.
