Question 1
The most important question I was asked was, "Can you describe a time you faced a challenge and how you handled it?"
I had a first a 30 minutes HR talk.
After some days, I received an invitation for technical Interview. It was a generic discussion about OOP, C++, design patterns, without many very specific questions or details. Very good experience overall.
