Since it's a small team, there is lot of opportunity to get on high profile customer projects. Many opportunities to present your work to others in the company Decent benefits including discount leases for VW, Porsche and Audi

As part of a large company, there is a lot of red tape. Good ideas still need to approved and vetted by the German headquarters Company is still very European. It helps to learn the language to get along with the colleagues
