I was hired in around 2 weeks-- There were three rounds, but the questions asked were very general, so I'm not sure if they lent much insight into my abilities. It was very quick as they wanted to hire quickly-- typical startup fashion. The interviewers didn't really seem into the interview process-- one was in a park, one was hastily scheduled on a national holiday on a sunday, but I guess you could classify that as chill/startup-culture/unprofessional, based on whichever camp you fall in.
