Lengthy, the case study piece at the end was fun to prepare for. Thought I did well, but didn't get an offer and wasn't provided with any tangible feedback when I requested it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Plative in May 2025

Interview
I just did the pre-screening, the recruiter asked questions like 'has any of your projects gone into the red?' assuming she meant it went over budget. I answered 'yes' and explained what happened, and I didn't hear back for a second round. So if your project did go into the red, just lie lol.

We're sorry to hear that your interview experience didn't lead to a second round, and we wish you all the best in your job search.
