Applied online. Received a phone call two hours after emailing my application. Human Resources then sent through three writing exercises to complete (grammar, creative writing, and proposal summary). I was then invited to interview for the role the following week. I followed up after the interview and waited three weeks to hear back. Overall the process was easy and the staff very kind, but unfortunately, I did not secure the role.
