Called for interview one month after initial application submission. Two stage face to face interview. First with HR and line manger. Second interview with HR, line manager and their manager.

Interview
Two step interview process. First interview with HR and recruiting manager. Second interview with HR, recruiting manager and the individual to whom the recruiting manager reports to. Questions included 30 minutes about self, character and personality. Next 30 minutes was about skills, competencies and experience.

Overall, it was a positive and enriching experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to engage with such a dynamic team.
It was a great interview. I got a lot of technical questions. Also got some behavioral questions. The interviewers were friendly and polite. They left a good Impression. Would recommend PepsiCo Nigeria
