I applied for 2 positions Electro-mechanical Technician 1 &2. It took 3 time to see the person doing the interview, because every time I we would schedule and I would go up to the company he was not there. When I did finally did get to see him the interview was standard for this position (i.e. Hands on, then questions). I was surprised during my interview process when then section boss wanted to interview me for a position that was only posted internally to the company. Over all the interview process was good and the work environment great.
