Interview
Was selected for a first interview pretty quick. I got a tour of the plant and everything however they did not hire me initially. I applied again and went through the same process, skeptical this time of course. Nevertheless I got the job the second time. I think my process was an anomaly because others have described the process as being smooth overall.

Question 1
Asked the typical questions and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know you as a person as well.
The interview went very well. They gave us a walk through, were we practically learned how to do it in 1 day. I really like working for that company very much.

Interview
The interview was based on behaviour questions. After that, I did a medical and physical test and some online assessments. They checked my background profile and professional references as well.

Interview
They held a job fair and take a interview of applicators. If they pass the interview then they send them for first exam . If we pass this exam then then send for next process. After passing that we are selected for job.
