Interview
First round was behavioural + market sizing question. The people were really nice (I had 2 people interviewing) and were super encouraging. Went through a couple behavioural and situational questions, obviously asked why PepsiCo. Asked market sizing question and they are looking for you to apply marketing skills to every question (ex. 4P's)

Direct face to face interview. Most of the questions are unexpected, since they ask me about my understanding of data and marketing. After all, it is still a normal behavioral interview
