Bland cold panel interview with canned questions that really felt like everyone was just going through the motions. Did not feel inspired to want to work there. They didn't feel like they wanted to be there, neither did I afterwards.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Feb 2012
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter shortly after applying. Once she deemed me qualified to interview with the hiring manager she stated she would call to let me know when he would call. A couple of weeks later she called and scheduled a phone interview with me and the hiring manager. I received a call about 45 minutes late from the hiring manager and he apologized. After that, he spent an hour and a half with me discussing my resume and then specifically asking me how my skills pertained to specific projects they were doing. He told me if I had been selected for another interview they would call to let me know when.
A week later I received a call stating that they wanted to bring me in for another interview.
I went in for a panel interview where I spent about 2 hours answering the same exact questions I answered in the first interview. After the interview I was given a tour and basicallya'll but official assured a job. I'd here from them in 2 weeks I was told. After 3 weeks I called and was told they weren't ready yet and to call back in 2-3 weeks. I did and again was told nothing had been decided. 3 weeks later after I had long given up I received a call from the original recruiter stating I wasn't selected.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Miami, OK) in Jul 2015
Interview
Short, straight to the point. Situational questions. Mainly focused of pervious work experience and tasks. Multiple interviews which made it kind of intimidating. Long hiring process, did at least 3 phone interviews and a face to face interview. I felt it was a little excessive.
