After the first interview they gave me a HackerRank test, and it was a disaster — nothing like what you face in a real ML job. Just reading each question took 20 minutes, and on top of that you’re constantly worried about getting flagged by the platform instead of focusing on the problem. After I submitted it, they never followed up or gave any feedback.
