I went through employee referral. I had an initial discussion with the recruiter regarding the position and then 1 Technical round which was telephonic. It went for 45 minutes. Tested on java basics and some logical questions.

I have applied through Referral. First round is a Written test with Aptitude, reasoning, Java. This is mandatory for below 4 yrs EXP. Then i had peer interview, Manager interview, Senior Manager Interview, Sr Director, HR head interview. First 3 rounds are purely technical. After rounds are very much about our attitude and interest.
