Interview consists of 3 rounds 2 technical and 1 technical + managerial. Mine was a drive so it took complete day for all the rounds.. The panel is quick and the HR usually respond within a day or two. The whole procesd usually takes a week or two.

I have applied through Referral. First round is a Written test with Aptitude, reasoning, Java. This is mandatory for below 4 yrs EXP. Then i had peer interview, Manager interview, Senior Manager Interview, Sr Director, HR head interview. First 3 rounds are purely technical. After rounds are very much about our attitude and interest.
