The process involves two steps. First, they ask the candidates to complete a task within a certain amount of time (around 50 mins). This includes different activities, such as marking up question papers, writing a response email. After that, the panel interviews the candidate, which usually involves asking competency-based questions.

The interview process was as you would expect, there wasn’t too many call backs, just an application online, followed by a two stage interview
. They do ask you to complete a task such as respond to a complaint to see your writing ability maybe. Otherwise no negatives.
