This was the oddest interview I've had and I still don't know what to make of it. I applied and received a request for an interview a day or so later. Turns out it was a pre-recorded video interview that I had 48 hours to complete. You visit a link and record your answers to a set of questions flashed on the screen. Different, but okay.
Then there was a writing exercise that threw me for a loop because I was under the impression that Connections provided online support for online schools, but the questions were about school leaders asking for dress code policies and honor codes. This is something that could have been further clarified had I been sitting face-to-face with someone; however, I wasn't. I simply gave them what they asked for and moved on.
In the end, I didn't receive a call back for second (first?) interview and never spoke with anyone at Connections.
