I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Patagonia (Westport, CT) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process was professional and clear. The managers were gracious and unassuming, making the actual in-person interview comfortable. I picked up an application from the store, and was contacted shortly after to further the process. Following the interview, there were a few exchanges by e-mail to figure out work schedule.

Question 1
Hai avuto esperienze lavorative a contatto con il pubblico?
It was a really nice and quick process. They were attentive. They made sure that they were actually on time and were quick to get right to their point. It did not take long for them at all and it was an easy going time talking to them.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Patagonia (Nashville, TN)
Interview
I met with the GM and he was lovely to talk with. The store has a positive energy that radiates happiness and the meeting I had was in line with these insights.
