The hiring manager didn't hesitate to provide feedback and assessed my strengths, weaknesses, communication style, and challenged me to articulate my value add to the company and its future. It was an overall positive experience.

Interview
It was a very standard panel interview with the HR manager and the rest of the department. Everyone was very laidback and friendly. I was able to ask questions and they gave me a tour.
