Parker Hannifin interview questions

Initially, there was great communication with HR leader. After an on-site interview, I was strangely ghosted. One can handle rejection, it’s part of the job search process. But, I’ve never experienced that before.

Applied online. Recruiter messaged me about salary and setup interview with hiring manager. Only one round of interview, an hour long to take about experience, job responsibility, some questions about quality and project management. Role was to replace a senior engineer that is retiring so hiring was in a rush.
