Started with a phone screen with the recruiter, then a video call with the HR manager, then an onsite interview with the hiring manager and two other employees. I was given a tour of the facility. The hiring manager was about 30 mins late to the onsite interview. All of the individuals seemed pretty overwhelmed and couldn't describe in detail the issues they were facing other then to tell me that's why they were hiring this role. They had very few questions of me during the face to face interview. It seemed very odd and unorganized which was a suprise because the recruiter seemed on top of everything.
The phone screen with the recruiter was the first part of the process followed by a phone screen with manager. Panel interview with 4 employees thereafter to discuss role in more detail. Final offer extended after panel interview.
